Du 14 au 21 septembre, le graffeur DA CRUZ et Hip Hop Citoyens, en collaboration avec le réseau des Alliances Françaises de Chine, la Fondation Alliances Françaises et la Ville de Paris, sont partis en Chine dans les villes de Hong Kong, Wuhan et Tianjin. Au programme, performances graffiti, rencontres artistiques et Masterclass.
