Du 20 octobre au 02 novembre 2016, l’artiste graffeur Da Cruz avec Hip Hop Citoyens, en collaboration avec le réseau des Alliances Françaises du Chili, le soutien de la Fondation Alliances Françaises et de la Ville de Paris, est parti dans les villes de Valparaiso, Osorno, Valdivia et Concepcion. Au programme : performances graffiti, workshops et rencontres artistiques.
