Hip Hop Citoyens est partenaire du festival « MONTE LE SON » spécial HIP HOP du 03 au 26 novembre 2016 dans une vingtaine de bibliothèques parisiennes. Cette année, le festival de musique des bibliothèques présente, au-delà des clichés, la créativité née de l’espace urbain.
Toutes les disciplines du Hip Hop seront représentées avec au programme plus de 15 concerts gratuits avec ROCCA, LA RUMEUR, CASEY, JP MANOVA, DEE NASTY, D’ DE KABAL, HIPPOCAMPE FOU, BILLIE BRELOK… mais aussi des rencontres, des battles de danse, des ateliers de human beatbox, du street-art, des projections…
