Du 15 au 29 août 2016, l’artiste graffeur Da Cruz avec Hip Hop Citoyens, en collaboration avec le réseau des Alliances Françaises du Pérou, le soutien de la Fondation Alliances Françaises et de la Ville de Paris, part dans les villes de Cusco, Trujillo, Chiclayo et Lima pour le festival Urbano « Factor Alliance ». Au programme : performances graffiti, workshops et rencontres artistiques.
